Returns: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Exchanges: We offer free exchanges for damaged or defective items. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds: Once return is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items: Customized or personalized jewelry cannot be returned.
