Return & Refund Policy — The Rare Malabari

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's our policy:

Returns: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Delivery & Handling Fee: For returns that are not due to damage or defect (e.g. size issue, change of mind, or any other reason), a flat ₹100 delivery and handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of the original outbound shipping and handling. This fee does not apply to damaged or defective items — those are covered under our free exchange policy below.

Exchanges: We offer free exchanges for damaged or defective items. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds: Once return is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method, minus the ₹100 delivery and handling fee where applicable.

Non-returnable items: Customized or personalized jewelry cannot be returned.
